Payment Status 'Pending'

If your payment status is showing as 'pending', it means your order is on hold for an unknown reason. As we cannot receive the funds or intervene in this status, please contact payment platform support for resolution.

Accidental Purchases

If you've made a purchase by mistake and haven't used any of the purchased benefits, please apply for a refund and then repurchase correctly.

Crypto payment Issues

If your crypto payment doesn't show up immediately, just be patient. Transfers with lower fees can sometimes take a bit longer, even up to a few hours. No need to stress, just chill and wait for the credit to come through!

VIP and Credits

Credits Not Received

Make sure you are logged into the correct account.
Check your order status at My credits. Credits are only issued for orders marked as "Paid." If the status shows "Failed" or "Pending," please contact your payment platform's customer service.
If you paid with cryptocurrency and haven't received credits, please be patient. Transfers with low gas fees can take several hours. For faster processing, use a mainstream network, though it may have higher fees.
Monthly credits are given based on your payment cycle, not a specific date. Credits are added each month from the date you paid.

Credit Consumption

Face swap image: 0.1 credit per image
GIF: 1 credit per GIF
Video: 1 credit for every 15 seconds (any part of 15 seconds counts as a full 15 seconds)

If you have questions about credit consumption, you can verify any discrepancies through the Credits history on the Deepswap website.

Face Swapping

Unsatisfactory Results

Deepswap requires clear and unobstructed images of the subject's face. The face should ideally be facing the camera directly. Side angles and frequent movements can affect face tracking during the swap, leading to issues like flickering in the results.

Errors During Generation Resulting in Credit Deduction

Should a task fail to generate, credits will automatically be refunded. You can confirm this in the Credits history on the Credits history.

No Change After Face Swapping

If the model cannot determine if all detected faces belong to the same person, it may split the same person into different selections. Make sure to select and swap all faces that belong to the same person.
If the faces in the video are too small, the swap might not work.

Inappropriate Content

If your content is flagged as inappropriate, you can provide feedback using the sad face icon in the pop-up. This helps us improve our detection system.

Data and Privacy

Data Storage

All uploaded images and videos are retained for a default period of 30 days. Should these files remain unused for face swap operations within this timeframe, they will be automatically deleted. If a face swap is performed, the 30-day storage period resets from the date of the latest swap. Creations generated through our service are stored for one week. To avoid any unintended loss of your valuable creations, we highly recommend downloading and saving them to your local device promptly.

We are committed to safeguarding your data and privacy with the highest standards. Your personal information and data are protected to ensure they remain secure and confidential at all times.

Login and Password Reset

Missing Creations and Credits

If creations and purchased credits are missing after logging in, please verify that you are logged into the correct account. Note that all creations will be automatically deleted one week after membership expires. Ensure to save your work accordingly.

Verification Code Not Received

If you're not receiving a verification code, check if it has been redirected to your email's spam folder.

Incorrect Verification Code During Password Reset

If you receive an "incorrect code" error when resetting your password, ensure you enter your account details exactly as they were registered, matching the case (upper or lower) accurately.

Third-Party Authorized Accounts

Passwords for accounts authorized through Google or Facebook cannot be reset directly through Deepswap. Please manage your password through Google or Facebook's website.

Account Deletion

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account either through the Deepswap app's account menu or via the web version by using this link: Account info.
Important:
Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, you will lose all your data and rights, and this action cannot be undone.

If you have not used any benefits of your order, please request a refund through the following links:
For purchases made via the website, please visit this link and fill out the form: Refund Form. (Note: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are not supported for cryptocurrency payments.)
